Launch monthly mentor meetups. Roll out curriculum and certification, including the TBI background-check process, and certify the first mentor cohort.

Connect to Schools
Approach school officials, beginning with Alternative Learning Programs, and begin matching referred students with the certified program best suited to their situation and gifts.

Grow the Network
Build a track record, then expand into Shelby County and beyond as capacity allows. The larger the network grows, the more precisely each child can be matched.

The Legacy Hub
When the board determines the network is ready and funding or partnership opens the door, build an online hub that helps parents, teachers and students find the right certified mentor directly from a school's website.
