These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Legacy Network Tennessee website. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about Legacy Network, its mission, partner model, mentor certification approach, donation options and contact methods. Website content is informational and does not create a mentor relationship, referral relationship, school placement, volunteer approval or certification by itself.

No emergency services

Legacy Network is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not use this website to report emergencies, abuse, threats of self-harm or urgent child-safety concerns.

Mentor interest and certification

Submitting a form, scheduling a call or expressing interest does not guarantee approval, certification, placement or matching with a student. Mentor participation may require screening, background checks, training, references, policy agreement, attendance requirements and final approval under Legacy Network procedures.

School and youth referrals

Public website contact does not establish an official student referral pathway. Youth referrals, school coordination and mentor matching should occur only through approved processes with appropriate consent, school protocol and organizational authorization.

Donations

Donations support the charitable work of Legacy Network. Contributions may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Donors should retain receipts and consult their tax advisor. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, donations are not payment for goods, services, certification, placement or preferential treatment.

Third-party services

The website may link to PayPal, Calendly, WordPress or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Legacy Network is not responsible for third-party downtime, payment processing issues, scheduling errors or external website content.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, logo files, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Legacy Network unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or use Legacy Network branding without permission.
